Within 48 hours if no work commenced. Email start@trektranslate.com with order number.

2. Partial Refund

Preparation complete (TM set up, linguist assigned): 15% retained.
Translation in progress: retained % = % words translated (rounded up to 10%).
First draft delivered: 65% retained.
Review commenced: 85% retained.
Final delivery accepted: No refund.

3. Quality Guarantee

One free correction round for genuine errors identified within 14 days of final delivery, with specific annotations.

4. Certified Translations

Sworn translations declared before court are irrevocable. Errors corrected with new sworn declaration at our cost.

5. Processing

5-10 business days via Stripe. Updated: March 2026.
