All translations delivered digitally. Sworn physical documents shipped by tracked courier. Formats match source unless agreed otherwise.

2. Timelines

Scout: 5 days. Expedition: 14 days. Odyssey: 25 days. Rush (36h): Up to 3,000 words. Rate: 2,500 words/day/linguist. Timelines from receipt of final source materials. Client delays extend proportionally.

3. Formats

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, InDesign, HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, PO, SRT/VTT/STL. TM in TMX. Glossaries in TBX/Excel.

4. Acceptance

7 working days to review. 14 days non-response = deemed accepted. Updated: March 2026.
